I made a deal with Alla that we should make a cover redesign of every new book we finish (despite the fact that we already have so many other projects that are either abandoned, on hiatus, or haven’t started at all). I thought it would encourage us (me at least) to read more and to practice designing more.
I finished 1Q84 last week and today I came up with this.

It’s supposed to be a yearbook indiv page layout. I really like how it turned out so I changed the text of the name, that huge block of text on top, into Pisay.
